Antique English Spode Copeland 3 Piece Dessert Set R9596 Green Urn & Floral

This listing is for a three pieces by Copeland Spode in the R9596 pattern. The set includes 2 round luncheon or dessert plates which measure 8 inches in diameter, and an oval serving platter or dish which measures 7 3/4 by 11 1/2 inches. The set is marked on verso "SPODE COPELANDS CHINA ENGLAND R9596". This pattern is hard to find. The set has a large green border around the outside edge and has a gold verge.

The centers of the plates and serving dish have a still life scene featuring a decorative plant stand holding an urn with flowers a bird perched on a stand and a bowl of fruit. The pieces have nice attention to detail, the serving dish has a ribbed edge and slightly scalloped edge.
