Antique Set of 4 Imari Chinoiserie Ironstone China Scalloped Flow Blue Plates. The item being offered is and antique set a 4 matching Imari Chinoiserie style 9 IronStone dinner plates.

The plates offered in this set feature an absolutely gorgeous colorfully hand painted botanical design of flowers, ginger plant, clover and butterflies, 22k gold gilt paint, and flow blue which gives this set a water color like quality. The back is marked with the ironstone lion and unicorn seal in black as well as an impressed stamp mark which reads "Real Iron Stone". Ironstone china is a hard white earthenware, sometimes slightly transparent but very strong. Dating this piece: The marks on the back date this piece to between c. Condition: Excellent; no chips, cracks, scratches, crazing.
