Coalport Bone-China'Dorset' # R358 Tea Set TP, 8 Cups/Saucers, Sugar & Creamer

This is a tea set of Coalport bone china from England. In their style'Dorset' # R358, it has a white background with a band of red (rusty red color) with gold lace accents.

The pieces prominently feature a pink rose with buds as well as small blue flowers and green stems and leaves. All pieces are properly stamped and are great examples of transfer ware style design.

The set includes 8 demitasse cups & matching saucers. The cups measure 2 tall and each show a rose inside the cup. The saucers are 4 3/4 round with the band encircling the piece and the rose in the field of the saucer.

There is also an open sugar bowl that is 2 1/8" tall with a 4" round mouth. And the lovely creamer is 4 6/8" tall and 4" wide. It has a signature near the flowers of H.

The final piece is the teapot, which is 7 1/4 tall including the lid. The teapot can still be displayed but has some damage. It has 2 cracks and leaks from the crack on the lower part. Inside the mouth of the piece is also a chip. All is shown in the photos. The other cups, saucers and sugar & creamer are all in perfect condition.
