MINTON Bone China Coffee Set Made in England Coffee Pot, Cream & Sugar Jasmine

This is a lovely creamy white fine bone china Coffee Set of a Coffee Pot, Creamer and Sugar Bowl with lid made by Minton in England in the floral peony pattern named "Jasmine". This tall coffee pot holds about 4 cups easily. It has an elaborate spout, lightly fluted at the base, and there is a lovely pastel green border around the lid and top of the pot with edges trimmed in shiny gold. And the lid has a shiny gold finial on top, as does the lid to the sugar bowl. The pieces have beautiful loop handles with trim in gold.

The pattern Jasmine has what looks to me like peonies in shades of dusty pink with a white peony here and there. The leaves and stems are a pastel green that mirror the green of the border. The Coffee Pot is 9 & 3/8 inches long from the outer handle to the tip of the spout and it stands about 9 inches tall to the top of the finial on the lid. The Coffee Pot and lid weigh about 1 pound 12 ounces and it holds 4 cups. The creamer holds 1 & 1/4 cups, stands 4 & 3/8 inches tall and is 5 & 1/2 inches long from tip of spout to outer handle.

The sugar bowl is 5 inches tall to the top of the shiny gold finial on the lid, is 7 inches from handle to handle and holds about 1 & 3/4 cups. The sugar bowl and lid weigh 12 ounces and the creamer weighs 9 ounces. And this set is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing. It looks mostly unused to me and it is so elegant! There is little wear to either the floral design or the gold trim.
