Cauldon Bone China "Roosevelt" Pattern V9813 (Retired). Hand-painted raised texture blue leaves and cobalt berries/flowers on white ground with gold trim. A version of "Roosevelt" contains a medallion in the center of most pieces.

This version does not have that medallion. No chips, cracks, cuts, crazing, cutlery marks, or discoloration.
