Vintage NEW Aynsley Orchard Fruit Signed N. Brunt Cup and Saucer Set England
Vintage in NEW Condition Aynsley Fine Bone China Tea Cup and Saucer Set, Orchard Fruit SIGNED N. It is their highly prized Orchard Fruit pattern SIGNED BY N. Brunt on both the cup and the saucer. It is of fine and delicate bone china, trimmed in gold on all outside rims. The gold on the cup's foot is especially lavish. Of all of the Orchard Fruit designs, this one is the most intensive, with beautiful fruit on the inside and outside of the cup and throughout the saucer.
Usually, Orchard Fruit patterns are not on both the inside and outside of the teacup, and often, a saucer could be plain without fruit at all. The set is in like new vintage condition with no crazing or cracks.
The gilding is in excellent condition also. The set is from my own personal collection, bought by me in the 1980's at Harrods in London, and only displayed in my glass china cabinet.
